About four years ago I wrote an article following a unique experience I had at Wilderness Island, which lies approximately forty kilometres across the Exmouth Gulf. At the time I was actually part of a tag along group consisting of a fishing guide, a south west mate and two backpackers who were all invited to the island by the workhorse behind this piece of paradise, Jim Alston.
